The research base
60+ studies. Solid evidence for GH stimulation. Works synergistically with GHRP compounds.
How it works
GHRH receptor agonist. Stimulates anterior pituitary to release GH.
Common research protocols
CJC-1295 (no DAC, also called Mod-GRF 1-29) has 30-min half-life — daily dosing maintains pulsatile GH release. CJC-1295 DAC has 6-8 day half-life — sustained but less physiological. No DAC version typically preferred for research due to better pulse pattern. Often stacked with Ipamorelin 1:1.
As a solo compound
Effective standalone for GH research.
What to know
Minimal. Occasional flushing at injection site.
Realistic expectations
GH elevation 1-2 weeks
